LAUREN
SCHAUPP

Lauren Schaupp is a graduate student at Asbury Theological Seminary, pursuing her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling.

She brings a diverse background in healthcare, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Biology/Pre-Med with a minor in Psychology, and experience working cross-culturally in medical settings.

Certified in Skills for Psychological Recovery and, with training in Trust-Based Relational Interventions, Lauren is passionate about helping others grow and thrive.

Lauren joins Solarity as a Community Support Associate (CSA)—a vital member of the well-being team who partners with clients and their therapists to identify what’s blocking their progress and help remove those barriers.

She works alongside clients outside of therapy sessions, offering education, skill-building, and practical support to strengthen daily rhythms such as medication routines, budgeting, emotion regulation, parenting skills, and crisis coping techniques. Her goal is to empower clients to apply what they’re learning in therapy, connect them to valuable community resources, and celebrate their successes along the way.

When she’s not studying or working, Lauren can be found kayaking, hiking, or seeking her next adventure.
